What Kalpway publishes
Kalpway publishes news, explainers, guides and data about India’s businesses: startups, funding rounds, SME and mainboard IPOs, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), government schemes, policy and company financials.
Everything on this site is published for general information only. It is journalism and reference material, not a professional service, and it is not tailored to your circumstances.
No investment, legal, tax or financial advice
This is the most important term on this page.
- Nothing on Kalpway is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy, sell or subscribe to any security.
- Kalpway is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. We do not provide portfolio advice, price targets, buy or sell calls, or guidance on whether to apply to any IPO.
- Nothing on Kalpway is legal, tax, accounting or compliance advice. Our explainers describe rules as we read the official documents; they are not a substitute for the rule itself or for professional advice on your facts.
- We do not publish grey-market premium (GMP) as a signal, and we do not treat subscription levels, listing gains or a high valuation as evidence that a business is sound.
- Any decision you take after reading Kalpway is your own. Please read the official offer document, notification or scheme guidelines, and consult a qualified professional, before you act.
Accuracy, sources and corrections
We work from primary sources wherever we can — regulators, ministries, exchanges, gazette notifications, offer documents and company filings — and we list our sources on the page. Where a figure is announced by a company, reported by another outlet, or confirmed in a filing, we try to say which.
Even so, information changes and mistakes happen. We do not warrant that everything on the site is complete, current or free of error, and figures that were correct when published may since have changed. Facts dated on a page were checked on that date and not necessarily afterwards.
If you find an error, please tell us at media.kalpway@gmail.com, with the page and the source you are relying on. We correct material errors and say on the page what changed. Corrections matter more to us than appearing to have been right.

Our content, and how you may use it
Unless stated otherwise, the text, tables, charts, images and design on Kalpway belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright.
You may read, print and share our pages for your own use; quote a short extract in your own work, and cite our data, provided you credit Kalpway and link to the page you took it from.
Please do not republish a whole article or a substantial part of one, copy our tables or datasets wholesale, present our work as your own or as another publication’s, or remove our credit from a figure we compiled. If you would like to republish or license something, ask us.
Automated access and AI assistants
Automated access to this site is governed by our robots.txt and llms.txt files. We welcome search engines and AI assistants reading and citing our work, with attribution and a link back to the page.
What we ask you not to do is place an unreasonable load on the site, or extract our content in bulk in order to republish it, or to pass it off as your own. If you are building something that needs our data at scale, please get in touch rather than crawling us hard.
If you send us a story, pitch or contribution
When you send us material — through our Share your story page, by email or otherwise — you confirm that it is yours to share, that it does not infringe anyone’s rights, and that what you tell us is true to the best of your knowledge. You give us permission to publish it, in whole or in part, and to edit it for length, clarity and accuracy.
Sending us something does not oblige us to publish it. We decide our editorial coverage on editorial grounds: payment does not buy a news story and does not change what we report.
Paid partner content. Separately from our journalism, we publish company profiles and similar articles that we are paid to carry. Every one of them is labelled Paid partner content at the top of the article, the claims in it are the company’s own and are not verified by our newsroom, and its links to the company carry a rel="sponsored" attribute so they pass no search ranking credit. If an article does not carry that label, nobody paid us for it.
Links to other websites
We link to official documents and outside sources so you can check our work. Those sites are not ours. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data, and a link is not an endorsement. Government and regulator pages in particular move and change without notice.
Other companies’ names and trademarks
We write about companies, investors, regulators and schemes. Their names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners, and we use them to report on and identify them. This does not imply any association with, sponsorship by or endorsement from them.
Availability of the site
We try to keep Kalpway available and working, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, move or remove any part of the site, and we may update or withdraw an article when the facts change.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Kalpway and Dero Digital India are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything published here — including any investment, financial, tax, compliance or business decision you take. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page, with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.
