Mintifi Secures $100 Million Funding Round Led by OTPP and Bain Capital
B2B digital lending startup Mintifi has announced it is closing a significant $100 million funding round. The investment is being led by the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (OTPP) and joined by private equity firm Bain Capital, Advent International, and over 20 other investors.

Mintifi specializes in providing customized financing solutions, invoicing, and payment solutions primarily to small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The company also offers large corporations the opportunity to digitize their supply chains and extend purchase financing to their distributors.
Notable clients of Mintifi include Tata Motors, Nivea, and Page Industries (the exclusive licensee for Jockey in India). These companies have partnered with Mintifi to digitize their supply chains and offer credit to their distributors and retailers.
With this new funding, Mintifi aims to expand its operations, enhance its technology platform, and further penetrate the B2B lending market.
