ApnaKlub’s FY24 Revenue Hits Rs. 537 Crore While Cutting Losses by 14%
B2B e-commerce platform ApnaKlub has reported impressive growth for the fiscal year ending March 2024, nearly doubling its gross revenue and significantly reducing losses. The company’s gross revenue surged to Rs 536.78 crore, a remarkable leap from Rs 278.32 crore in FY23, marking a robust expansion in its operations.
Revenue Growth Across Key Categories
ApnaKlub’s growth was driven by strong performance across key product categories:
- Personal care: Rs 250 crore
- Beverages: Rs 95.34 crore
- Home care: Rs 82 crore
- Processed foods: Rs 80.6 crore
The company also earned Rs 5 crore from long-term investment interest, pushing its total revenue to Rs 541 crore for FY24.
Strategic Cost Management
While total expenses rose by 77.4% year-on-year to Rs 589.75 crore, ApnaKlub reduced its net losses to Rs 47.93 crore, down from Rs 55.63 crore in FY23—a 14% reduction. Excluding ESOP costs, the adjusted loss stood at Rs 45.9 crore, with an adjusted EBITDA loss of Rs 42.63 crore.

- Material costs: Rs 508.05 crore (+84.83%)
- Employee benefits: Rs 31.6 crore (+33.84%)
- Transportation costs: Rs 11.41 crore (+41.56%)
- Other expenses: Rs 38.69 crore

Financial Metrics
Despite its growing expenses, ApnaKlub maintained a cash balance of Rs 39.13 crore and current assets worth Rs 90.55 crore by year-end. The company recorded:
- EBITDA margin: -8.25%
- ROCE: -79.36%
- Revenue efficiency: Rs 1.1 spent per rupee generated

ApnaKlub has raised Rs 190.78 crore ($24.4 million) from leading investors such as Tiger Global, Blume Ventures, Whiteboard Capital, and Surge Ventures.
